We are a Medicare-certified ambulatory surgical center with two dedicated operating rooms, located right here in Madera, California. What to Expect
A Visit With Us, Step by Step
We've designed every part of your visit to reduce uncertainty and put you at ease.
Step 1 — Your First Call
Whether you're scheduling a screening or following up on a referral, we listen first. Our team helps verify insurance, walks you through what your procedure will involve, and answers every question — no rush.
Step 2 — Your Preparation
We send personalized prep instructions tailored to your specific procedure. If you have trouble with prep at any point, day or night, you can always reach a clinical team member who can help.
Step 3 — The Day of Your Visit
When you arrive, you're greeted by name. Our staff guides you through a quick check-in, confirms your medical history, and walks you to a private prep area. Most patients are at the facility for about 1.5 hours.
Step 4 — Your Procedure
Most procedures take 15-30 minutes. You'll receive twilight sedation administered by trained nurses with continuous vital sign monitoring. You won't feel pain, and most patients have no memory of the procedure.
Step 5 — Recovery & Follow-Up
After about 45 minutes in our recovery room, you'll be released to your driver. Your physician will speak with you about findings, and written results follow within a few days. We're available for any follow-up questions whenever you need us.
